_**Job Overview**:_

As a Video Editor in the company, you will be editing footage of Asian weddings and short films for our YouTube channel. Your role will be to deliver high quality videos for a diverse range of clients. Due to this diversity, you will need to adhere closely to each client’s wishes in terms of the style and tone that they seek in their video. At times you may be required to re-edit part of the final product to meet full customer satisfaction. The changes needed will be communicated to you by a senior editor in the team, with whom you shall be collaborating closely.**Responsibilities**:_
- Create edits with the usage of Adobe premiere pro from raw footage.
- Follow the general outline of instructions of what the client wants in terms of style. This will be given by the senior editor.
- Adding relevant soundtracks provided by the client, to the edits.
- Experience in both long-form editing as well as short-form for social media.
- Collaborate on video amendments after the client review stage if needed.
- Stay on top of multiple video editing projects simultaneously, to meet deadlines.
- Keep up to date with the latest video editing software and techniques.

- **Experience**_
- Possess previous editing experience, being able to showcase relevant past work.
- Familiar with editing content for YouTube.
- Previous experience with handling cameras for photography and videography would be welcomed.
- Previous familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud would be desired.
- **Knowledge and Skills**_
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premier Pro, After Effects and illustrator.
- Detailed understanding of video codecs.
- Knowledge of colour grading and correction.
- Able to satisfy client expectations via engaging video content.
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- Keep track of any new developments in digital advertising and social media such as YouTube and Instagram.
- A high standard of written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
