**Title**:Digital Content Executive

**Location**: East Grinstead (mixture of home and office working)

**Reporting to**:Digital Marketing Manager***

**About the job**:
**Key Tasks/Accountabilities**:

- Maintain website content to ensure it is all up-to-date, factually accurate and in line with the Club’s overarching marketing plan, content plan, campaign schedules, digital best practices, brand and editorial guidelines and SEO strategy.
- Create and manage sales-focused landing pages to support the Club’s promotional and marketing activities.
- Work closely with the SEO Executive to create and optimise content in line with the overarching club SEO strategy. Create content that supports Organic traffic growth with a focus on user experience and merchandising.
- Plan, research, create, proof-read, publish and measure performance of all marketing content. Producing high-quality, compelling content that embraces the Club’s target markets and supports business goals.
- Identify opportunities to effectively and efficiently repurpose digital content across other channels and coordinate and execute those opportunities through cross department collaboration.
- Be responsible for the timely delivery of content end-to-end. From planning right through to publication.
- Use in-depth knowledge gained through research, analysis and tools such as Google Analytics, to inform and support decisions about content.
- Liaise with Product Owners and Marketing Managers to ensure that content about products and services is relevant, accurate and effectively promotes benefits to support the Club in meeting its objectives.
- The role of Digital Content Executive may have access to Restricted and Confidential member, worker, volunteer and/or Club business data. This information must only be collected and processed in line with all regulations from the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), the Data Protection Act and all Caravan Club policies and procedures. All types of data held by The Club is valuable and must be protected.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

- Able to participate and contribute as a team player, while also able to work on own initiative.
- Confidently communicate across departments and teams, and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong creative flair and a head full of ideas.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about content marketing and digital best practices, trends and developments.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

- Educated to degree level in Marketing or English, or a similar qualification/area of study.
- Experience within digital publishing /marketing environment and of creating, editing and publishing content.
- Experience of content management systems.
- Experience of Photoshop.
- Basic HTML experience.
- Understanding of Google Analytics.
