Lasatec Industrial Holding is a global group of businesses operating across a broad range of commercial and industrial applications, with subsidiaries in 22 countries and a dedicated International Marketing Office based in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire.
We operate a hybrid working structure, with three days in the office and two working from home. This role will also give you the chance to travel internationally once or twice per year, fully covered and with everything you need from a very healthy digital budget
The role will entail:
- Email Marketing: Develop engaging email campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions
- Tracking: using Google Analytics
- Website Management : Of multiple websites, feel free to get creative
- Content Marketing: Craft high-quality content (blog posts, articles, social media content) which resonates with our target audience. You'll work closely with our Copywriter, Videographer and Marketing Manager to create the very best content out there
- Social Media Management: Mainly LinkedIn, you'll manage our social media presence across various platforms, increasing brand awareness and engagement... being able to prove your ROI and gain traction
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns to achieve set goals
- Performance Measurement: We're looking for someone geared towards ROI, so having the ability to explain the 'why' rather than just the 'what' is pretty much essential. We'll expect you to know the most profitable way of running campaigns, as well as how to measure the end results.
- Experience of using Wordpress, html or Figma would be ideal
You'll need at least 18 months to two years working within another digital marketing position. A B2B background would be preferable, but this isn't entirely essential. What we really do need though, is an ideas person... and somebody able to push the boundaries of digital, to create meaning full and lasting impact for our group of brands.
You must be able to attend the office location three days per week. NOTE: Within the first eight weeks in the role, we're ideally looking for someone to be based onsite full time, to allow you to truly understand the business, the brands and how we work as a marketing team.
