Salary: £16.00 per hour

Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Autism Support Worker to join our team in the Workington area. As a key member of our staff, you will provide 360-degree wrap-around support to an individual with autism, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. You will work closely with the individual to understand their goals, aspirations, and preferences, and develop a tailored support plan to meet their unique requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of autism and its impact on daily life. You should be able to demonstrate empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards supporting individuals with complex needs. A driving licence and experience working with autistic individuals are desirable but not essential.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £16.00 per hour, paid weekly, as well as opportunities for training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge. You will also have access to a refer-a-friend scheme, which rewards you with £250 for each successful referral. Other benefits include pension enrolment, standard sick pay, and ongoing coaching throughout your role.

Schedule:
