About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting individuals with autism and can provide 360-degree wrap-around care that covers all aspects of their life throughout the day and night. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of autism and mental health, as well as experience working with individuals with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support during both good times and challenging periods in the individual's daily life.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the individual's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with the individual to identify and overcome obstacles and challenges.
