About the Role

The Kitchen Operations Manager will be responsible for providing catering services, including meal planning, preparation, cooking, serving, and cleaning. This role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of students and staff.

2. Manage kitchen inventory and supplies.

3. Supervise and train kitchen staff.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a salary of £25,992 - £27,711 per annum, based on 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.00am-2.30pm, with 39 weeks of paid annual leave.
