About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making quality appointments for our Regional Sales Representatives, presenting our products to potential clients, and undergoing an award-winning training program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work towards monthly KPIs and objectives.
  • Use our internal IT system to accurately log calls, book appointments, produce quotes/orders, and update spreadsheets.
  • Self-source new leads using multiple channels.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance at all times.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the manager and business.

Requirements
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to build a career in a global organization.
  • Previous experience in a telephone sales environment and graduate calibre.
  • Some knowledge of appointment making or the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic OTE of £41,000 in the first year, plus big company benefits. Our training program can last up to six months, dependent on experience and learning skills. We are a meritocracy, and opportunities are available for career development based on skill set, attributes, and performance.
