Job Title: Finance Sales Executive

Join a dynamic and growing UK-based lender as a Finance Sales Executive, where you will play a key role in driving new business growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Direct Sales team, responsible for generating sales opportunities from new and existing data, managing inbound inquiries, and pursuing all available sales opportunities both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present the company to potential clients, mainly via phone, and convert sales opportunities from the lead generation team and marketing platforms.
  • Generate new business through CRM data and develop client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Meet productivity and sales targets set by the company and ensure compliance with FCA conduct rules.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and complete necessary administration in internal systems, including creating and managing client quotes and proposals.
  • Contribute positively to the team environment and support the growth of the business.
Requirements:
  • 12-24 months of experience in a high-performing sales environment, preferably in financial services.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not essential.
  • Computer literacy and eagerness to learn are essential.
