Taurus Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational management to roles employed through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) and PCN funded schemes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop robust operational plans to implement directives agreed by the PCN Practices with the Development Manager and Clinical Directors
- Oversee and manage PCN staff, ensuring that services are delivered according to SLAs and/or job descriptions and operational plans
- Implement and maintain PCN services supporting delivery of network contracts and performance targets including: PCN DES specifications, Impact & Investment Fund (IIF) targets, Enhanced Services, and local contracts
Taurus Healthcare Limited was established in 2012, as the provider arm of the GP Federation serving 185,000 patients in Herefordshire. Our ethos is to provide high-quality and cost-effective health outcomes that are delivered as close as possible to the patients' home, whilst ensuring that patients who do require in-hospital services are seen as quickly and effectively as possible.
