Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team at Headturner Search. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing staff rotas and payroll, completing the staff recruitment process, and ensuring invoices are correctly managed and completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff rotas and payroll
  • Complete the staff recruitment process
  • Conduct show arounds and be a core point of contact for visitors
  • Ensure invoices are correctly managed and completed
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure support and coordination
  • Work with outsourced agencies and local authorities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, handle correspondence, and greet visitors
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital), and manage confidential documents
  • Maintain and update company databases, contact lists, and personnel records

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail in handling documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping
