At Jamie's Farm, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our farm management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of animal welfare and regenerative farming practices.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in farming and experience in managing teams. You will be passionate about producing high-quality livestock and will have a working knowledge of regenerative farming practices.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,301 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:

You will play a key role in implementing our three-year plan to adopt regenerative methods across our 1,000 acres, farming without fertilisers or pesticides. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people while doing what you love.

As an Agricultural Operations Manager at Jamie's Farm, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the farm, including crop production, animal husbandry, and land management
  • Managing a team of farmers and farm assistants to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Ensuring that our high standards of animal welfare and regenerative farming practices are maintained
  • Developing and implementing new initiatives to improve the sustainability and productivity of our farm
