Job Title: Farm Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Manager to join our team at Social Farms & Gardens. As a Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, including livestock production, crop management, and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the farm, including animal care, crop rotation, and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sustainable farming practices, including regenerative agriculture and organic methods.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, including increasing crop yields and improving animal welfare.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring the farm operates within budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in farm management, preferably in a regenerative or organic farming setting.
  • Strong knowledge of livestock production, crop management, and sustainable farming practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
