We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Farm Manager to join our team at Jamie's Farm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the farm, including livestock care, crop management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sustainable farming practices, including regenerative agriculture and pasture-based livestock production.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, including improving animal welfare, reducing our environmental impact, and increasing our productivity.
  • Monitor and report on farm performance, including financials, animal health, and environmental metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, farmers, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our farm.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in farm management, livestock production, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices, including regenerative agriculture and pasture-based livestock production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
