This is a newly created role that requires a seasoned leader with a strong commercial acumen and a passion for data-driven decision making. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies across all markets, leveraging advanced analytics and data science to maximize revenue and profitability.
As a leader, you'll have the opportunity to manage and develop a high-performing team of Revenue Management specialists, working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement pricing strategies across all markets to optimize revenue growth.
- Lead the Revenue Management function and team, driving commercial excellence and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- Analyze and communicate revenue trends, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Partner with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to develop best-in-class revenue management processes and capabilities.
- Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or a related field.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of revenue optimization and growth strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data science and advanced analytics tools.
