Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. As a Receptionist/Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all students, parents, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of visitors and students.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Process and manage confidential documents, maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Support the finance team by processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks, managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
