  2. Advising design teams on EMC requirements and design considerations.
  3. Liaising with EMC test engineers to design and specify testing regimes to prove system compliance against relevant standards.
  4. Designing and implementing system mitigation to meet EMC standards.
  5. Mentoring and coaching Engineers within the team.

Your Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £60,000 - £90,000 per annum depending on your experience. You'll also receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave incentive and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.

About Our Team

Working within the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Team in Engineering, you will be responsible for providing support to the Engineering Manager and/or external specialists in providing transversal support to engineering delivery teams in defining electromagnetic requirements and undertaking specialist testing of systems, sub systems and components in support of achieving contractual compliance for EMC design. We offer relocation support across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
