Maternal Mental Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced practitioner to join our Perinatal Mental Health Service in Essex. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health assessments and interventions for pregnant women and new mothers.
Key Responsibilities- To work closely with care coordinators and other healthcare professionals to identify mental health needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
- To conduct mental health assessments and provide individualised support to women and their families.
- To utilise the Care Programme Approach (CPA) to ensure effective management of risks and prioritisation of interventions.
Salary: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
