Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief Care Assistant to join our team at Sydney Brown Court in Hadleigh. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to maintain their dignity and independence, leading fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to our customers, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Administer and store medication, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Conduct housekeeping tasks, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Support customers through temporary or terminal illness, providing emotional and practical care.
- Assist with eating and drinking, ensuring our customers' nutritional needs are met.
- Perform light domestic duties, such as bed making, to maintain a comfortable living environment.
- Support customers with social, physical activities, and mental stimulation, promoting engagement and enjoyment.
