Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our luxury travel department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, advising on travel arrangements, and processing customer requests.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Advise clients on travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities
  • Process customer requests, from offer preparation to billing
  • Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
  • Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents
  • Mediate with passion and provide exceptional customer service


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent language skills in professional German and English (C2 level)
  • Ability to speak additional languages, such as French or Italian (advantageous)
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent training in tourism
  • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, tour operator, or travel agency
  • GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
  • Strong passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
  • Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group values
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service
  • Availability for a full-time position (40 hours per week) with flexibility to work a 5-day week between 08:00-20:00 GMT
