Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR roles, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Previous experience processing payroll is desirable.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
