Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator will be a crucial member of our dynamic People team, supporting the preparation and maintenance of People documents, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. This role involves assisting in the organization of training sessions, workshops, and learning activities for team members, as well as collaborating with the People team to manage employee benefits enrollment and related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the People team in addressing employee queries and issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist in the development and implementation of People policies and procedures
- Contribute to various People projects and initiatives, providing support and contributing ideas
- Assist the Recruitment Executive with the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and initial candidate assessments
Requirements
- 6/12 months of working within a HR/People role
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
