Job Title: Senior Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director of People, Organisational Development and Inclusion to join our team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader to shape and deliver our People Strategy, driving continuous improvement and innovation in people practice.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure effective delivery of services within our People Directorate.
  • Lead and provide solutions to workforce challenges, in accordance with organisational strategic aims and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant area or equivalent level of experience.
  • Full membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (Chartered or Chartered Fellow) or equivalent or equivalent level of experience.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
