Lead Care Manager

At Calibre Global Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Lead Care Manager to join our team in Stockport, Greater Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role and drive business development in our fast-growing company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with experience in managing teams and developing business strategies. As a Lead Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational day-to-day management of our services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care services.
We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to prioritise work effectively. You should also be IT literate, able to manage performance, motivate others, and develop positive working relationships with service users, their families, and professional colleagues.
In terms of experience, we require a proven track record in a health and social care setting, with experience of working in/managing a domiciliary service. You should also have experience of managing an effective team, knowledge of current legal responsibilities and standards, and experience with CQC inspections.
