At Marston Holdings, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor to join our team of Civil Enforcement Officers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Civil Enforcement Officers on site, carrying out daily briefings, dealing with escalated queries from both your colleagues and members of the public, and tracking KPIs.

As a Supervisor, you will also be performing the valuable duties carried out by a Civil Enforcement Officer, including patrolling public car parks and streets, advising members of the public, and issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers on site
  • Carry out daily briefings and track KPIs
  • Deal with escalated queries from colleagues and members of the public
  • Perform duties of a Civil Enforcement Officer, including patrolling public car parks and streets
