About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at NSL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of Civil Enforcement Officers, ensuring the smooth operation of our parking and street management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers, providing daily briefings and guidance on site
  • Deal with escalated queries from colleagues and members of the public, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance
  • Perform the duties of a Civil Enforcement Officer, including patrolling public car parks and streets, advising members of the public, and issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivation and a customer-focused approach
  • A love of working outdoors
  • Ability to work shifts and on own initiative
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office
