About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our Commercial team at Parkwood Holdings Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective management of grounds maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Contract Manager and Supervisor in the management of programmed maintenance, ensuring timely completion and adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional grounds maintenance skills and knowledge, and providing guidance and support to the service delivery team.
  • Manage and maintain the security of company vehicles, plant, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and properly maintained.
  • Complete daily check sheets and paperwork, ensuring the smooth operation of the team and adherence to company policies.
  • Support and guide the service delivery team, including grounds maintenance operatives, to ensure they have the necessary resources and information to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels, ensuring that the team is adequately staffed and that any issues are addressed promptly.
