Inclusive Education Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a Secondary School in North London. The successful candidate will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well as part of a large team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with SEN in Key Stages 3 & 4.
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers to develop strategies for supporting students with SEN.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and carers.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include:
