Job Overview:
A flexible educational support assistant role is available for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of students. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and providing additional help to students in schools and SEN units.

About the Role:

The pay rate is dependent on experience and qualifications, with an estimated £12-15 per hour, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

Responsibilities:
You will be required to cover for teaching assistants during sickness or last-minute gaps in staffing, providing additional support to students as needed. This may include assisting with lesson plans, supervising students during breaks, and helping with administrative tasks.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have good communication skills, be available at short notice, and work well under pressure. Previous childcare experience, either inside or outside education, is desirable but not essential. You will also require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role, which can be discussed further during the application process.
