**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team at Latcom Plc. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely payment of invoices, settlements, and employee expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the credit/sales ledger, ensuring all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Department to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Utilize basic/intermediate Excel skills to analyze and reconcile financial data.
  • Stay up-to-date with new software systems and be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an Accounts Department or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
