**Job Summary:**
Latcom plc is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the Finance Department, this role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely payment of invoices, settlements, and employee expenses.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the credit/sales ledger (account payable) to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Contribute to the overall performance of the Finance Department by providing accurate and timely financial information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Process and reconcile employee expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the implementation of new software systems, such as Mi-Vision and TMC platforms.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience working in an Accounts Department.
- Strong knowledge of credit/sales ledger management.
- Intermediate Excel user with ability to learn new software systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
