Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our client's expanding construction business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and fenestration sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction or fenestration industries
  • Strong understanding of the construction and fenestration sectors, including market trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
