About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to access their studies and achieve their goals.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting needs assessments, identifying suitable study and support strategies, and providing advice on assistive technology and other aids. You will also produce formal written reports and respond to queries from customers and funding bodies. In addition, you will conduct reviews of customer needs as requested.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, the ability to write high-quality reports, and a thorough knowledge of DSA funding guidance. You will also need an understanding of assistive technology and its applications, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum, 23 days' holiday (rising to 27) with the opportunity to buy extra leave, and a range of benefits including company-matched pension, life assurance, and cycle-to-work scheme.
