The Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of highways resurfacing projects. Your expertise will be essential in managing project finances, collaborating closely with clients, and leading a dedicated team to meet and exceed contract expectations.

You will be responsible for planning and forecasting, managing supply chains, and ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality protocols. Additionally, you will work closely with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead a dedicated team of supervisors, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles and grow professionally. Your role will be critical in driving continuous improvement and ensuring our projects not only meet but exceed expectations.
