Highways Project Manager

This role involves managing all aspects of project and framework contract management, ensuring highways resurfacing projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
- You'll collaborate closely with clients, manage project finances, and lead a dedicated team to meet and exceed contract expectations.
- Your proactive approach will involve planning and forecasting, managing supply chains, and ensuring all work adheres to strict safety and quality protocols.
- You'll manage project contracts and framework agreements, maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- You'll lead a team of supervisors, planning their workloads and monitoring their progress, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles and grow professionally.
- Your role will drive continuous improvement and ensure projects not only meet but exceed expectations.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus bonus. Benefits include 25 days holiday + your local bank holidays (with options to increase), staff discounts, company vehicle, virtual GP service, and opportunities for career progression.
