This role involves managing all aspects of project and framework contract management, ensuring highways resurfacing projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

  • You'll collaborate closely with clients, manage project finances, and lead a dedicated team to meet and exceed contract expectations.
  • Your proactive approach will involve planning and forecasting, managing supply chains, and ensuring all work adheres to strict safety and quality protocols.
  • You'll manage project contracts and framework agreements, maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You'll lead a team of supervisors, planning their workloads and monitoring their progress, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles and grow professionally.
  • Your role will drive continuous improvement and ensure projects not only meet but exceed expectations.
  • Safety is a top priority, and you'll ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with our integrated management system. Your commitment to safety and quality will be instrumental in protecting your team and the public.
  • From ordering materials to managing equipment, you'll ensure everything is in place for smooth project execution. Your attention to detail will help balance costs and client value, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus bonus. Benefits include 25 days holiday + your local bank holidays (with options to increase), staff discounts, company vehicle, virtual GP service, and opportunities for career progression.
