We're seeking a Highway Project Manager to join our dynamic team specialising in highways resurfacing projects. This role will play a vital part in driving continuous improvement and ensuring our projects not only meet but exceed expectations.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, manage project finances and lead a dedicated team to meet and exceed contract expectations. They will also be responsible for planning and forecasting, managing supply chains and ensuring that all work adheres to strict safety and quality protocols.

As a Highway Project Manager, you will be expected to manage project contracts and framework agreements, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. You will also lead a dedicated team of supervisors, planning their workloads and monitoring their progress.

Safety is a top priority, and you will ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with our integrated management system. You will also ensure that everything is in place for smooth project execution, balancing costs and client value to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.

What we offer
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus bonus
  • 25 days holiday + local bank holidays, with options to increase
