As a Trainee Domestic Appliance Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced engineers and develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this exciting role.

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and confidence to tackle a wide range of domestic appliance repairs, from washing machines and tumble dryers to refrigeration and dishwashers.

You will work closely with our experienced engineers and mentors to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different appliances and repair scenarios.

As a Trainee Domestic Appliance Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out domestic appliance repairs and maintenance
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and skills
  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Contributing to the development of our team and the growth of our business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out domestic appliance repairs and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • No more than 6 points on your driving licence
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Good communication and customer service skills
