About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team at Pacifica, one of the UK's largest providers of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances.

As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes. You will work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers, using your expertise and product knowledge to repair appliances efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the white goods repair sector in a field-based capacity and up-to-date working repair knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.

About You

You will be a good communicator with a can-do attitude, enthusiasm for problem-solving, and the passion to repair our customers' appliances first time. You will also have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
