About the Role

As a skilled field-based Domestic Appliance Engineer, you will play a vital role in our team. You'll utilize your expertise and product knowledge to diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances. We offer a supportive environment where you can contribute your skills and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair various domestic appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and dishwashers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and communicate effectively with our dispatch team.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Domestic Appliance Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of appliance repair techniques and troubleshooting methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UK Manual Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
