Plumber - Responsive Repairs Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our Property Team in Oxfordshire. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for completing plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to our properties in line with work schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to our properties
  • Install and repair domestic plumbing installations, including replacement sanitary ware and baths
  • Install kitchen sinks and new pipe work
  • Repair and install sundry items, including taps and ball valves
  • Install and repair water mains supplies, heating system pipe work, and drainage stop taps
  • Install and fix domestic appliances, including showers and washing machines
  • Maintain and renew cold water storage tanks

Requirements

  • Minimum of NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years experience in the trade
  • Experience of working in occupied premises and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong health and safety mindset and knowledge of health & safety best practices
  • Ability to use mobile technology, such as iPad or PDA
  • Current CSCS card desirable
