Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our Property Team in Oxfordshire. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for completing plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to our properties in line with work schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to our properties in line with work schedules
  • Install and repair domestic plumbing installations, including replacement sanitary ware and baths, shower trays, and level decks
  • Install kitchen sinks and new pipe work, including copper, speed fit, waste, and rainwater
  • Install and repair sundry items, such as taps and ball valves
  • Install and fix domestic appliances, including showers and washing machines
  • Maintain and renew cold water storage tanks

Requirements

  • Minimum of NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years of experience in the core trade
  • Experience of working in occupied premises and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices
  • Ability to use mobile technology, such as iPad or PDA
  • Current CSCS card desirable
