About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plumber Multi to join our Property Team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our Responsive Repairs Team, you will be responsible for completing plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to our properties in line with work schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to our properties
  • Install replacement sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, and associated equipment
  • Install kitchen sinks and new pipe work
  • Install new sundry items such as taps and ball valves
  • Install and repair water mains supplies, heating system pipe work, and drainage stop taps
  • Install and fix domestic appliances like showers and washing machines
  • Maintain and renew cold water storage tanks
  • Perform basic carpentry, tiling, floor laying, and other general maintenance tasks
Requirements
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years experience in the trade
  • Experience of working in occupied premises and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of best practices
  • Ability to use mobile technology such as iPad or PDA
  • Current CSCS card desirable
