About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team at Pacifica, a leading provider of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances. As a key member of our field-based team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with a range of domestic appliances, including washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair domestic appliances in a field-based capacity
  • Use product knowledge to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
About You

We are looking for an experienced field-based Domestic Appliance Engineer with a minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the white goods repair sector. You will have up-to-date working repair knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers. You will be a good communicator with a can-do attitude, enthusiasm for problem-solving, and a passion for repairing domestic appliances first time.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on skill set and experience
  • Uncapped bonus scheme available to increase your earnings
  • OTE of up to £50,000 per annum
  • Company van, including air-conditioning, electric windows, and car play, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE are all supplied
