We are seeking a motivated and technically-minded individual to join our team as a Trainee Domestic Appliance Field Service Engineer. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the field service industry. As a Trainee Domestic Appliance Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving appliance-related issues in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve appliance-related issues in customers' homes
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of domestic appliances and their repair
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of Pacifica's field service team

Requirements
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
  • Previous electrical/mechanical experience (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
