Job Overview

BSC Education Limited is seeking an experienced Programme Co-ordinator to join our team. This role will provide a unique opportunity for the right individual to make a significant contribution to the delivery of high-quality educational programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and deliver engaging social programmes for students studying with BSC Young Learners;
  • Work closely with the Activities Manager to develop programme materials;
  • Manage time effectively to ensure activities run smoothly and resources are readily available;
  • Promote the activity programme through various channels to encourage student participation;
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and incidents are reported promptly;
  • Maintain open communication with the Activities Manager and other team members;
  • Participate in activity team meetings and excursions;
  • Develop Activity Packs and Excursion Packs with the Activities Manager;
  • Familiarize yourself with risk assessments and the Activity Handbook;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment within accommodation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Native or near-native English-speaking skills;
  • Experience working with children and teenagers;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Flexibility and ability to work hard in a residential setting;
  • Right to work in the UK (or Malta, depending on the centre).

Benefits

  • A competitive weekly salary (£475) based on experience;
  • Accommodation and meals provided (where applicable);
  • 42 hours per week, with some unsociable hours due to evening activities and night duties;
  • At least one full day off per week (to be agreed with the Centre Manager);
  • BSC-branded uniform and two BSC YL t-shirts/polo shirts and a BSC jacket provided.
