Job Title: Training Programme Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our dynamic and supportive team as a Training Programme Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for education and training to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate the administration of our Couple Therapy for Depression (CTFD) and foundation/introductory programmes
  • Act as the first point of contact for training participants, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage attendance registers, ensure training materials are available and up to date, and co-ordinate training sessions
  • Handle enquiries and liaise with programme leaders and teaching staff
  • Collect evaluation data and provide reports on programme performance
  • Assist with course promotion and marketing across networks
  • Support the preparation of promotional content and programme materials
  • Oversee the use of AV equipment and the Learning Hub (Moodle)
  • Ensure financial claims are submitted and training fees are collected
Requirements:
  • Experience in administration, ideally in a clinical or educational setting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Zoom
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and be highly responsive
  • A proactive approach and able to work well both under own direction and as a member of a team
