Courier Delivery Associate with Driving Experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Courier Delivery Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work for Royal Mail Group, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in your local community.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.54 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and additional pay. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 22.5 days annual leave, rising with length of service, and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates.
Job Description:
As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across our network. You will work independently, using your own vehicle and driving skills to navigate through traffic and challenging weather conditions. You will also be required to walk long distances and lift heavy packages, so it's essential that you are physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy packages
