About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Occupational Therapy Lead to join our team at St Matthews Healthcare. As a Senior Occupational Therapy Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of occupational therapy services across our mental health hospital and care homes.

You will lead a team of occupational therapists, assistants, and activity coordinators, developing and implementing comprehensive occupational therapy programs tailored to the needs of our patients and residents. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of patient care and adherence to regulatory standards and best practice guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the relevant professional body
  • A minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience in a similar role
  • Substantial experience working within mental health settings

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
