Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Lead to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the clinical services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions.

You will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to promote health and independence. Your expertise in occupational frames of reference and approaches will be invaluable in providing specialist care.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams and managing caseloads. You will be responsible for formulating and delivering individual occupational therapy management and treatment programmes based on your specialist knowledge.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Accepting clinical responsibility for a designated caseload of residents.
  2. Formulating and delivering individual occupational therapy management and treatment programmes.
  3. Employing advanced clinical assessment and reasoning skills to provide treatment.

About the Role: This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is £38,000 per annum, plus benefits including annual leave, free meals, and parking.
