We are recruiting for an Occupational Therapy Team Lead to join our team at King's College Hospital. As a team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of occupational therapy services to older adults, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and busy teaching trust, providing leadership and management to a team of occupational therapists. You will work closely with other team members to develop strategies and plans to improve patient outcomes and service development.

As an occupational therapy team lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of occupational therapists to deliver high-quality care to patients
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and service development
  • Collaborating with other team members to develop policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a senior role in occupational therapy
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
