Job Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with the lead OT to coordinate treatment plans and deliver effective occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the lead OT in co-ordinating individual treatment plans for occupational therapy services.
  • Conduct patient assessments to identify needs and plan relevant interventions.
  • Lead in a specific area with responsibility for service and team performance.
  • Provide specialist support and advice to the Occupational Therapy team and multi-disciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the therapy pathway and drive to continuously improve services.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • An understanding of the therapy pathway to support patient journey from admission to discharge.
  • The drive to change and continuously improve whilst being able to communicate the need for improvement through evidence and data.

This is a permanent full-time role offering a competitive salary of £43,900 per annum, benefits package, time off, and career development opportunities.
